Integrace simulačních technologií do výuky výstupních kompetencí z profesních studijních programů

Abstract:

Příspěvek se zaměřuje na možnosti efektivního způsobu výuky odborných dovedností u studentů vysokoškolských zdravotnických oborů. Rostoucí důraz na bezpečný a etický přístup ke klientům/pacientům vede k postupnému přehodnocování metod výuky u studentů profesních studijních programů ošetřovatelství a porodní asistence. Vymezeny jsou klíčové pojmy, zdůrazněna užitečnost a účinnost didaktické metody s využitím nejmodernějších simulátorů vedoucí k získání kompetencí. Příspěvek vznikl v rámci projektu s názvem „Rozvoj laboratoře pro nácvik praktických dovedností u studentů ošetřovatelství“, který měl za cíl zavést do výuky metodu simulace pomocí speciálních simulačních modelů. Simulační modely měly umožnit programování rizikových stavů, u studentů rozvíjet kritické myšlení a nácvik schopnosti rozhodnout se v náročných krizových situacích. Dále použitím sestavy modelů a projekční techniky zajistit operativní rozložení tematických celků výuky v pracovní skupině studentů a tím zefektivnit proces výuky při získávání kompetencí.

Integrácia informačno-komunikačných technológií do výučby latinského jazyka

Abstract:

Publikácia prezentuje výsledky prvej fázy projektu zameraného na aktualizáciu a modernizáciu foriem výučby latinského jazyka v akademickom prostredí. Komplementárnosť moderných technológií a inovácie učebných metód zaručujú zvýšenie záujmu o štúdium tohto jazyka, podnecujú kreatívnosť, prehlbujú zmysel pre interdisciplinárny prístup a iniciujú interkultúrnu komunikáciu. Vo vývoji didaktického myslenia sú potrebné neustále zmeny, ktoré sú reflektované aj v novom učebnom komplexe, ktorého významnými atribútmi sú interaktivita a značná dynamickosť v porovnaní s doterajšími klasickými metódami.

Aktivizujúce a motivujúce metódy vo vyučovaní odborného jazyka

Abstract:

Osvojovanie si odborného jazyka je dlhodobý proces, ktorý treba neustále rozvíjať a zdokonaľovať. Aby bolo učenie sa odborného jazyka úspešné, je potrebné používať rôzne aktivizujúce a motivujúce metódy. V príspevku charakterizujeme niektoré z nich, ktoré majú pozitívny vplyv na zvyšovanie miery motivácie, čo vedie k efektívnejšej práci na hodinách vyučovania odborného jazyka.

Specific Purpose Training – Searching for Ways Succeed in Labour Market

Abstract:

The aim of this article is to show that (1) providing university education regarding the experience needs is insufficient, (2) high unemployment rate of graduates, (3) students’ approaches to business enterprise as a new way of the labor market employment are rather negative. Research part presents only some results of the research that we consider being determining regarding the reflection of future career development with the emphasis on detecting the purpose to run the business. We recommend to introduce the subject of all-university purpose that would help to promote the attractiveness of entrepreneurship as an opportunity for future selfemployment, to strengthen active approach of students to their own future in starting their business thinking, attitude or purpose.

Reformy trhu práce v Španielsku a princíp flexiistoty

Abstract:

Cieľom príspevku je analyzovať reformy trhu práce v podmienkach Španielska po nástupe krízy. Zameriava sa na vývoj na trhu práce v predkrízovom období, smerovanie reforiem a ich efekty na ukazovatele trhu práce. V záveroch sa konštatuje, že sa na strane zamestnancov výrazne posilnil prvok neistoty v pracovnoprávnych vzťahoch a naopak, došlo k významnému zvýšeniu flexibility na strane zamestnávateľov. Zdôrazňuje sa potreba zavedenia ďalších štrukturálnych reforiem trhu práce, a to v čo najkratšom čase.

Vybrané determinanty primární prevence rizikového chování v rámci předškolní edukace

Abstract:

Příspěvek se zmiňuje vybrané determinanty primární prevence rizikového chování, konkrétně: prostředí a především klima mateřské školy a faktor respektování potřeb dítěte. Příspěvek tímto zároveň prezentuje východiska projektu „Klima mateřské školy respektující potřeby dítěte jako faktor primární prevence rizikového chování“. Příspěvek předkládá vybrané teoretické koncepty, ale především dílčí výsledky předchozího výzkumného šetření, které se zaměřuje na hodnocení významu determinant primární prevence rizikového chování učitelkami mateřských škol v České republice.

Analysis of Influence of Different Factors on the City Spatial Development with Using GIS

Abstract:

In this paper, using GIS software, the spatial development of the city of Prague was analyzed, as well as factors that promoted this: the population change; motorization level and its impact on the environment. The author analyzes land use changes in Prague using ArcGIS 10.1 software and available master plans. Land use changes analysis in GIS will allow to assess the dynamics of urban development, and also to identify the relationship between changes of different classes of territories in certain time periods.

Použitie reálnych opcií ako metódy hodnotenia projektov v rámci investičnej činnosti podniku

Abstract:

Investičná činnosť podniku je už dlhodobo považovaná za nevyhnutnú súčasť podnikateľských stratégií rozvoja podniku, zvyšovania konkurencieschopnosti, dosahovania zisku a zvyšovania jeho trhovej hodnoty ako základného cieľa jeho samotnej existencie. Ak chce byť podnik úspešný, mal by byť schopný tieto príležitosti identifikovať a samozrejme z potenciálnych investičných príležitostí vybrať tú, ktorá spomínaný cieľ podporí. Výberu investičného variantu predchádza určenie jeho potenciálnej ekonomickej efektívnosti prostredníctvom rôzneho spektra metód hodnotenia investičných projektov. S ohľadom na súčasnú nestálosť trhových štruktúr vplyvom zmien makro a mikroprostredia sa do popredia dostáva neistota a flexibilita investičných rozhodnutí a fakt zohľadnenia jej hodnoty pri investičnej činnosti podniku. Jednou z možností, ako túto flexibilitu pretransformovať do hodnotenia investičných projektov, je práve využitie reálnych opcií.

Podnikové sítě a soutěžní právo

Abstract:

Globalizace je vnímána autory rozdílně, existuje mnoho teorií vysvětlující počátek a vývoj tohoto procesu. Nevyvratitelnou skutečností je, že globalizace v průběhu své historie nabízela a samozřejmě v budoucnu bude dále nabízet nové příležitosti v oblasti podnikání. Vytváření rozmanitých podnikových sítí patří k příležitostem novověku. Podnikání v podnikových strukturách přináší benefity zúčastněným subjektům a do určité míry i benefity pro celou společnost. Definovat hranice, kdy velké a silné korporace přispívají k vytváření prosperity celé společnosti a kdy již přispívají k destrukci pozitivního vývoje, je otázka, která není stále zodpovězena. Evropské a americké soutěžní právo definuje tyto hranice prostřednictvím ekonomických a dalších nástrojů. Ekonomické nástroje, jako součást soutěžního práva, jsou náplní tohoto článku.

Gender Based Variation In Migratory Experiences

Abstract:

The results of a cooperative research project seeking to better understand re-migration potential provides a unique opportunity to compare the gender differentiated experience of migrants living and working in the Czech Republic. The data includes a range of individuals who originate from both the proverbial ‘East’ and ‘West’, focusing on three linguistic groups representing the various migrant communities in this Central European country. We find that particular groups demonstrate variation internally that is missed when gender based analysis is not undertaken. In order to shed light on this atypical outcome this paper provides an overview of gender differentiated responses and stipulates how a gendered understanding is imperative if we are to better understand migrant decision making or re-migration trends.

Konkurencieschopnosť krajiny v kontexte vývoja poistného trhu

Abstract:

Príspevok sa zaoberá skúmaním poistných trhov v Slovenskej republike a v Českej republike. Poistné trhy analyzuje podľa vybraných ukazovateľov. Následne sa porovnáva umiestnenie vybraných krajín v rebríčku konkurencieschopnosti publikovaným Svetovým ekonomickým fórom. Po týchto analýzach sa zhodnotí závislosť medzi poistenosťou a umiestnením krajín v rebríčku konkurencieschopnosti, konkrétne v 8. oblasti hodnotenia a to v oblasti rozvoja finančných trhov.

Influence of small and medium enterprises sector at the change of innovation potential of polish regions

Abstract:

The article results of the multidimensional comparative analysis of the innovation of Polish regions made on the basis of accessible domestic statistical information. For the comparative analysis were taken into consideration the potential and innovative capacity which were indicated by 24 crucial factors of the innovation, grouped in six problem modules (groups): human resources and creating of the new knowledge; B+R intensity; effects of the innovative activity of the industry and services, informationtelecommunications technologies (ICT), modernity, infrastructure of the support and economic infrastructure. In the model of multidimensional analysis of the innovation (WAPINNOVA) additionally was accepted the module of small and medium entrepreneurship because of the meaning of this sector for the economy of regions. The aim of research presented in the article was setting the influence of the small and medium enterprises sector for the change of the value of the synthetic indicator of the innovative capacity of Polish regions.

New Interactive Multiple Objective Programming Method Applied in the Investment Decision Making under Uncertainty

Abstract:

The article deals with a new interactive multiple objective programming method which is proposed in order to make desirable investment portfolio of open shares funds. Therefore the method takes into account some elements of uncertainty which can occur in the decision making procedures in the capital market. The criteria value may have stochastic character which is solved by an analysis of the generated scenarios. The vague decision maker’s preferences about the value of criteria, or their importance, are expressed via the triangular fuzzy numbers. To understand the fuzzy elements in the introduced algorithm, a brief introduction to fuzzy set theory is included. The proposed method is applied in the real case of making the investment portfolio of open shares funds.

On the Cross-Correlation Properties of Two-Dimensional Complete Complementary Codes of Different Orders for (N, N, N2×N2)

Abstract:

Since invention of Complete Complementary Codes (CCC) those were attracting researchers’ attention due to their ideal auto- and cross-correlation properties. Recently, new ways of their automated constructions were presented. Due to limitations given by constructions in concurrent number of signatures various approaches were designed in order to allow higher number of concurrent transmissions. Most recent approach aiming increase of signature number was introduced by Suehiro in which elements of various lengths of one-dimensional CCCs are analysed. By using twodimensional (2D) CCCs diversity is achieved. Existing constructions of 2D-CCCs deal solely with elements of same order. In this paper discussion about 2D-CCCs of various element dimensions is described. This enables higher channel efficiency and thus higher transmission rates and capacity.

Solution and modification in the profile the harmonic drive

Abstract:

The harmonic gearing unquestionably include among a prospective technology. A harmonic gear is basically a differential gear with a train of spur gears where the mesh is achieved by the flexible deformation of one of the meshing wheels. The extent of the flexible wheel deformation is coherent to the character and the mesh quality. The difference lies in the fact that more cogs/teeth participate in meshing and thus also in transmission at the same time. The existence of the flexible wheel within the harmonic gear which undergoes deformation during the process of usage requires a specific approach in the mesh examination of this gear. During recent years the issue of the tooth deformation has been solved with modern methods of calculation including also one of the widely used numeric ones, the finite element method (FEM).
