Risks of women´s and girl´s reproductive and sexual health – low awareness of health and acceptance of responsibility

Abstract:
The aim of the study was to determine the attitudes of girls and women towards risk factors of reproductive and sexual health - selected symptoms, choice of contraception, the beginning and the frequency of use of hormonal contraception as well as the initiation of sexual activity. Methods: The empirical research using qualitative and quantitative methods of data analysis was conducted. There were 449 questionnaires and 50 recordings of conversations analysed. The respondents consisted of girls and women aged 13-45 years. Results: A hormonal contraceptive is the preferred choice of contraception and the beginning if its use is most frequent within 16-18 years (53.50%), in 15 years or less 44.61%. The average age of the first sexual intercourse is 16,6 and the most frequent response was in age from 14 to 17 years, of which 10.58% in age of 15 or less. The results of the empirical research were compared with other national and foreign studies. Conclusion: The results suggest that, although the Czech Republic is one of those better evaluated countries in field of reproductive and sexual health (for example in the criteria of low percentage of teenage pregnancy), that there are serious risks at present. Those could be seen in the form of an early initiation of sexual intercourse, a preference of long-term hormonal contraceptives, use of hormonal contraceptives before the age of 18 or less, low awareness of health and delegation of responsibility to girls and women in comparison with the male population.

The present paper describes project management from the benefits point of view. Project management is highly relevant and frequently implemented management technique in practice. There are the several fields incorporated. One of them is project benefits management. The paper discusses project benefits management as an irreplaceable part of the platform for projects. The focus is further concentrated more closely to the project benefits management process. Benefits identification, realization planning, monitoring and realization are reviewed.

Abstract:
Koncept vykonávania Self-care aktivít v práci je imanentnou zložkou celkovej starostlivosti o seba, ktorá môže byť chápaná ako prvok prevencie pred negatívnymi javmi, ktoré výkon pomáhajúcich profesií prináša v zmysle prevencie najmä pred syndrómom vyhorenia, syndrómom nudy, únavy z empatie, či ďalších negatívnych javov v pracovnom prostredí. Príspevok prezentuje prvú, ukončenú fázu z autorského výskumu približujúcu charakter starostlivosti o seba u sociálnych pracovníkov. Starostlivosť o seba je dôležitým prvkom určujúcim spôsoby fungovania každého jedinca a preto je dôležité zamerať sa na jeho vedomé ovplyvňovanie i ďalším vzdelávaním sociálnych pracovníkov.

Hlavní rozdíly v pojetí historického řízení lidských zdrojů za Tomáše Bati (1930) a v moderních informačních systémech

Abstract:
Článek popisuje základní řízení lidských zdrojů v informačním systému (IS) s názvem QI. Jsou demonstrovány jednotlivé funkce systému v modulu HR. Na toto funkční uspořádání navazuje stať, ve které je detailně popsán stejný mechanismus fungování řízení zaměstnanců v koncernu Baťa (1930) s důrazem na vykreslení procesů a datových spojů. Jsou představeny jednotlivé podnikové formuláře – blankety používané při výkaznictví u zaměstnanců. Obsah formulářů Baťa je porovnán s obsahem formulářů QI a jsou konstatovány rozdíly v informačním pojetí. Výsledky jsou prezentovány s ohledem na informace, které se v moderním IS již nevyskytují, případně vyskytovat nesmějí. Závěrem jsou přijaty návrhy vylepšení do IS QI. Článek je ukončen nahlédnutím do problematiky morálně informační etiky.

Audit v českých nadacích

Abstract:
Příspěvek se ve své úvodní části stručně zmiňuje o historii nadací ve světě a v České republice. Další jeho část zachycuje legislativní vývoj auditu nadací v České republice, který je rozdělen do čtyř období. Pozornost je orientována na povinnost auditu nadací ve vztahu k legislativním předpisům, které platily od roku 1990 až po ty aktuálně platné. Stěžejní část pojednává o zveřejňování informací českými nadacemi v oblasti auditu. Jde zejména o zveřejňování zprávy auditora, výroku auditora a odměny za audit. Zmíněna je také role statutárních auditorů a auditorských společností při provádění auditu účetní závěrky a výroční zprávy nadací. Nechybí rovněž porovnání se závěry jiných výzkumů z oblasti transparentnosti českých nadací.

Príspevok sa zaoberá problematikou internej komunikácie, najmä jej významu a využívaní v rámci jednotlivých firiem. Súčasťou príspevkou je štúdia, ktorá sa realizovala v dvoch slovenských bankách a prináša výsledky vnímania interných komunikačných nástrojov prierezom celej spoločnosti a jej dopad na zamestnancov. Zároveň navrhuje riešenia na zlepšenie firemnej komunikácie a zároveň zvýšeniee spokojnosti zamestnancov.

Užití aplikace Excel při tvorbě programového modulu podporujícího návrh nalisovaného spoje náboje s hřídelem

Abstract:
Tento příspěvek popisuje programovou podporu konstrukčního návrhu lisovaného spoje náboje a hřídele s přesahem. Je zde popsán základní princip práce se vstupními daty, rozlišení vstupů materiálových, konstrukčně návrhových, normativních a konstitutivních fyzikálních vztahů. Příspěvek popisuje algoritmizaci návrhu spojení a s tím kladené požadavky na uživatele, jedná se jednak o zadání konkrétních požadovaných rozměrů, ale také o volby určitých možností přístupu k návrhu a kontrole spojení. Úkolem skriptu v programu Excel je pak těmto volbám vyhovět a provést patřičné výpočty tak, aby uživatel v každém kroku viděl, všechny v daný okamžik relevantní hodnoty pro návrh.

Autorka v článku ponúka pohľad na starostlivosť o seba ako na ucelený koncept s využitím aspektov iných vedných disciplín. Príspevok sa zaoberá starostlivosťou o seba ako možnosťou skvalitňovania práce a eliminácie negatívnych dôsledkov výkonu povolania sociálnych pracovníčok a pracovníkov. Zaoberá sa alternatívami využitia self-care v sociálnej práci a ponúka stručný prehľad výsledkov výskumných štúdií, ktoré vypovedajú o súvislostiach medzi self-care a negatívnymi javmi.

3D Multiuser Virtual Environment in Mother Tongue Education

Abstract:
As in a virtual space there are no geographical boarders or time limitations, we consider this environment naturally useful also for teaching at universities or in the lifelong learning courses. We use 3D multiuser virtual environment in mother tongue education of university students. We have provided research aimed to find out the appropriateness of its use in mother tongue teaching as well as to explore the student´s opinions on this environment. The 3D virtual classroom in the 3D virtual building of Faculty of Education at Palacky University and several 3D virtual teaching objects in MUVE Second Life were created which were presented to the university students of Czech language and literature field. This contribution presents the particular results regarding the experience of students with 3D virtual teaching and learning, which, in contrast with traditional teaching, has its specifics. It outlines the process of comparison of these two types of teaching, but most importantly, it describes experience and opinions of students who experienced this kind of teaching.

8. mezinárodní studentský workshop Vysoké školy polytechnické Jihlava a partnerské školy Fachhochschule Wien

Abstract:
Příspěvek pojednává o 8. mezinárodním studentském workshopu na téma „ACCESSIBLE TOURISM FOR ALL“, který organizovala Vysoká škola polytechnická Jihlava (VŠPJ) ve spolupráci s Fachhochschule Wien (FH Wien). Workshop byl realizován v rámci projektu financovaného z interního grantu Vysoké školy polytechnické Jihlava. Příspěvek interpretuje průběh akce a také hlavní výsledky výzkumu mezinárodních studentských týmů. Cílem prováděného šetření bylo shromáždit primární data týkající se přizpůsobení objektů cestovního ruchu v Jihlavě potřebám klientů se specifickými potřebami, konkrétně zrakově, sluchově a tělesně postiženým. Kvalitativní výzkum studentských týmů probíhal metodou pozorování a plánovitého měření.

Variabilita štýlov riadenia vyučovacieho procesu medzi učiteľmi s vysokou a nízkou úrovňou self-efficacy

Abstract:
Každý učiteľ disponuje určitými profesionálnymi schopnosťami a zručnosťami, ktoré sa navonok prejavujú v jeho pozorovateľnej a hodnotiteľnej pedagogickej práci a vo výsledkoch, ktoré so žiakmi dosahuje. Nejde však len o to, čo učiteľ vie a čo objektívne preukazuje v riadení vyučovania, nemenej dôležité je i to, čo si o profesijných schopnostiach a zručnostiach myslí on sám, ako sám seba hodnotí. Táto učiteľova predstava o sebe vytvára učiteľovo presvedčenie o vlastných možnostiach úspešne vykonávať určitú činnosť. Subjektívny pohľad učiteľa na seba nazývame termínom vnímaná profesijná zdatnosť. Takto viacslovne opisujeme ťažko preložiteľný anglický výraz self-efficacy, ktorého autorom v rámci svojej socio-kognitívnej teórie je A. Bandura (1997). V kontexte hľadania a analyzovania vplyvov na vzťahy a výsledky v škole, výskum za posledných 20 až 30 rokov vyjadril platnosť, že popri profesijných kompetenciách sa na úspešnosti učiteľovho výkonu v riadení vyučovania podieľa i učiteľovo sebapoňatie, ktorého jednou z rovín je vnímaná profesijná zdatnosť (selfefficacy). Predložený príspevok sa svojou teoretickou časťou angažuje v oblasti štýlov riadenia edukačného procesu a svojou empíriou rozoberá úroveň self-efficacy, ktorá sa premieta do správania učiteľa na vyučovacej hodine. Uvedená problematika bola analyzovaná experimentálne v rokoch 2015/2016 na vybranej vzorke učiteľov vybraných stredných škôl v Slovenskej republike. Výsledky realizovaného experimentu sú analyzované pomocou vybraných štatistických metód.

Headteacher as pedagogical leader in pedagogical leadership in schools

Abstract:
Headteachers play a vital role in leading school development. The widespread assumption that a high-quality leadership is an essential element of successful school management, leads to the question of how headteachers can influence the effective and sustainable development of pedagogical leadership in selected schools. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to determine the framework of headteachers’ responsibilities when they work as pedagogical leaders in schools, and the way of its implementation. Findings from the study indicate that effective pedagogical leaders can sustain high level of pedagogical leadership by establishing trust, creating structures that promote teacher´s learning. Study results also suggest that headteachers need to be cognizant of shared norms and values among their school before initiating new practices in school organization.

Optimalizácia výpalu žiaruvzdorných materiálov v tunelovej peci

Abstract:
V príspevku je popísaný simulačný model tunelovej pece a jeho využitie pre optimálne nastavenie príkonov paliva do horákových zón v systéme optimalizácie s modelom. Simulačný model tunelovej pece je jedným zo základných blokov systému optimalizácie s modelom. Ďalším dôležitým blokom je účelová funkcia, ktorá matematicky vyjadruje cieľ optimalizácie. Príspevok prezentuje aplikáciu gradientnej metódy pre určenie optimálnych príkonov do horákových zón tunelovej pece pri rôznych počtoch optimalizovaných parametrov. Výsledky sú uvedené v troch variantoch pre minimalizáciu účelovej funkcie na základe odlišného počtu optimalizovaných parametrov v jednotlivých variantoch. Cieľom je minimalizácia rozdielu teplôt medzi modelovou a žiadanou teplotou vsádzky v tunelovej peci pri optimálnom nastavení príkonov do horákových zón tunelovej pece.

Minimálna mzda – prístupy ku skúmaniu a východiská pre stanovenie

Abstract:
Príspevok sa zaoberá aktuálnou problematikou, na ktorú panujú nejednotné názory zo strany odbornej verejnosti, ako i sociálnych partnerov. Minimálna mzda je nástrojom, ktorým sa vlády jednotlivých krajín, v ktorých je tento inštitút zavedený, snažia zabrániť tomu, aby boli pracujúci odmeňovaní príliš nízkou mzdou, čo by ich nemotivovalo pracovať. Príspevok je zameraný na priblíženie názoru niektorých ekonomických škôl na inštitút minimálnej mzdy a charakterizuje v súčasnosti platné prístupy k fungovaniu tejto sociálno – ekonomickej kategórie. Pri stanovovaní výšky minimálnej mzdy v podmienkach SR sa nám javí ako optimálne riešenie odvíjať výšku minimálnej mzdy od relevantných vopred určených sociálno-ekonomických ukazovateľov.

Analýza kapacity místa připojení spojovací větve na výjezd z okružní křižovatky

Abstract:
Spojovací větev (bypass) zvyšuje celkovou kapacitu křižovatky tak, že z vjezdu do okružní křižovatky odebírá vozidla a převádí je přímo na výjezd z okružní křižovatky. Aplikace bypassu vede ke snížení ztrátového času při průjezdu křižovatkou a zlepšení úrovně kvality dopravy ÚKD. Článek se zabývá analýzou kapacity místa připojení spojovací větve okružních křižovatek. Kapacity byla stanoveny pomocí mikrosimulačních modelů v programu PTV Vissim.

Sequence of Production Orders Optimisation, its Benefits and Implications

Abstract:
Manufacturing of products take place in an environment that is continually changing. The intensity of competition becomes stronger and the variety of customer demands is on the rise. One important factor of business success and customer satisfaction is responsiveness to customer requirements - i.e. the ability to deliver the product in the shortest possible time without compromising on costs, quality, maintenance and reliability. This ability is significantly supported by production management support systems. The article deals with the role and application of Advanced Planning and Scheduling system for flexible scheduling of production orders. The introduction outlines the substance of optimisation of production orders sequencing. A digital model of a production system is designed for this purpose, and simulation of production order sequencing and optimisation is carried out using a genetic algorithm. The article follows with describing the general benefits of APS systems, the key impact of production on competitiveness and strategic position of a firm and the strategic importance of reducing lead time for business success and customer satisfaction.

The detection of atherosclerotic plaques in B-images

Abstract:
This work addresses the possibility of detecting the risk factor of atherosclerotic plaques using diagnostic ultrasound. The aim is to show methods to detection the risk factor of plaque what are recently known. The first part describes role of the diagnostic ultrasound and its modes and the artifacts that can occur. The second part describes atherosclerosis and its risks followed by displaying of the plaques in B-images. The last part describes the investigated data and a pilot study with developed MATLAB-based software with cooperation of an experienced sonographer to compare features in B-MODE and from histological patterns. Also will be discussed and improved the adaptability of the software for new tissues.

Studying Knowledge about Eco-Design Tools at Department of Industrial Design, Brno University of Technology

Abstract:
The article focuses on the research of students' knowledge about using the eco-design tools and their subsequent demands on education in the field of environmental impacts. Students should acquire these skills during their studies at the Department of Industrial Design at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. Research questions were asked 72 of the total 78 respondents bachelor's and master's degree. A research questionnaire was formulated, having 12 questions in total, where 10 of them were closed with a possibility of answer Yes / No and two open questions with free answers to fill up with up to three answers. The research was not focused on the gender of the respondents.

Factor analysis of selected tools for assessment of the social risk of families

Abstract:
Tools for assessing the social risk of families are instrumental for assessors in understanding the context, processes, system structure and indicators for the assessment of such risks. This paper assists in the search for the possibilities and limits of selected assessment tools, the reasons for assessors’ decisions to not use standardized tools and the factor analysis of indicators in the assessment of the social risk of families of the assessment tools as one of the methods used in the analysis of qualitative data of the conducted research. In phase I, the main objective of this research project has been to identify the key concepts of selected system theories which comprise the framework for the assessment of the social risk of families and subsequently to assess the extent of the concordance and difference of key terms in system theories in the process of assessing the social risk of families. This article presents partial results of research that was carried out by using semistructured interviews with assessors at the department of social and legal protection of children and social guardianship as well as assessors from selected bodies accredited to do family social work. This paper focuses on selected assessment tools and the identification of assessed family areas and an analysis of the indicators for social risk assessment.

How the (anti)vaccine information credibility could be changed? The importance of personality traits, attitudes and expert source presence

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify relevant personality traits measured by NEO-FFI (the Big Five model) and individual attitudes that influence the assessment of the information credibility. People's attitudes towards vaccination were examined (N = 234, M = 26.13y.), with items representing the cognitive, affective and conative component of the attitude. Research has an experimental design, the information about vaccination are given under two conditions: 1. by the anonymous source and 2, if the source of the information is attributed to an expert. A significant negative change in the credibility, considering the presence of the source is confirmed. The results provide evidence of the importance of attitudes in the possibility to influence the credibility of the information. Important personality traits connected with a negative attitude towards vaccination are higher neuroticism and agreeableness. Further, participants with positive vaccination attitude have lower tendency to be influenced by information with an expert source in the terms of trustworthiness decrease.

Reading strategies in pedagogic reality

Abstract:
This paper describes the selected planned educational activities in the field of education by encouraging the development of reading literacy skills and reading strategies. This mainly concerns the activities proposed to implement e.g. within the framework of the regional action plan project in the Moravian- Silesian Region (2016 - 2019), but also about other important educational readership, targeted towards current activity as examples of good practice.

Risks of women´s and girl´s reproductive and sexual health – low awareness of health and acceptance of responsibility

Abstract:
The aim of the study was to determine the attitudes of girls and women towards risk factors of reproductive and sexual health - selected symptoms, choice of contraception, the beginning and the frequency of use of hormonal contraception as well as the initiation of sexual activity. Methods: The empirical research using qualitative and quantitative methods of data analysis was conducted. There were 449 questionnaires and 50 recordings of conversations analysed. The respondents consisted of girls and women aged 13-45 years. Results: A hormonal contraceptive is the preferred choice of contraception and the beginning if its use is most frequent within 16-18 years (53.50%), in 15 years or less 44.61%. The average age of the first sexual intercourse is 16,6 and the most frequent response was in age from 14 to 17 years, of which 10.58% in age of 15 or less. The results of the empirical research were compared with other national and foreign studies. Conclusion: The results suggest that, although the Czech Republic is one of those better evaluated countries in field of reproductive and sexual health (for example in the criteria of low percentage of teenage pregnancy), that there are serious risks at present. Those could be seen in the form of an early initiation of sexual intercourse, a preference of long-term hormonal contraceptives, use of hormonal contraceptives before the age of 18 or less, low awareness of health and delegation of responsibility to girls and women in comparison with the male population.

Koncept vykonávania Self-care aktivít v práci je imanentnou zložkou celkovej starostlivosti o seba, ktorá môže byť chápaná ako prvok prevencie pred negatívnymi javmi, ktoré výkon pomáhajúcich profesií prináša v zmysle prevencie najmä pred syndrómom vyhorenia, syndrómom nudy, únavy z empatie, či ďalších negatívnych javov v pracovnom prostredí. Príspevok prezentuje prvú, ukončenú fázu z autorského výskumu približujúcu charakter starostlivosti o seba u sociálnych pracovníkov. Starostlivosť o seba je dôležitým prvkom určujúcim spôsoby fungovania každého jedinca a preto je dôležité zamerať sa na jeho vedomé ovplyvňovanie i ďalším vzdelávaním sociálnych pracovníkov.

Hlavní rozdíly v pojetí historického řízení lidských zdrojů za Tomáše Bati (1930) a v moderních informačních systémech

Abstract:
Článek popisuje základní řízení lidských zdrojů v informačním systému (IS) s názvem QI. Jsou demonstrovány jednotlivé funkce systému v modulu HR. Na toto funkční uspořádání navazuje stať, ve které je detailně popsán stejný mechanismus fungování řízení zaměstnanců v koncernu Baťa (1930) s důrazem na vykreslení procesů a datových spojů. Jsou představeny jednotlivé podnikové formuláře – blankety používané při výkaznictví u zaměstnanců. Obsah formulářů Baťa je porovnán s obsahem formulářů QI a jsou konstatovány rozdíly v informačním pojetí. Výsledky jsou prezentovány s ohledem na informace, které se v moderním IS již nevyskytují, případně vyskytovat nesmějí. Závěrem jsou přijaty návrhy vylepšení do IS QI. Článek je ukončen nahlédnutím do problematiky morálně informační etiky.

Audit v českých nadacích

Abstract:
Příspěvek se ve své úvodní části stručně zmiňuje o historii nadací ve světě a v České republice. Další jeho část zachycuje legislativní vývoj auditu nadací v České republice, který je rozdělen do čtyř období. Pozornost je orientována na povinnost auditu nadací ve vztahu k legislativním předpisům, které platily od roku 1990 až po ty aktuálně platné. Stěžejní část pojednává o zveřejňování informací českými nadacemi v oblasti auditu. Jde zejména o zveřejňování zprávy auditora, výroku auditora a odměny za audit. Zmíněna je také role statutárních auditorů a auditorských společností při provádění auditu účetní závěrky a výroční zprávy nadací. Nechybí rovněž porovnání se závěry jiných výzkumů z oblasti transparentnosti českých nadací.

Užití aplikace Excel při tvorbě programového modulu podporujícího návrh nalisovaného spoje náboje s hřídelem

Abstract:
Tento příspěvek popisuje programovou podporu konstrukčního návrhu lisovaného spoje náboje a hřídele s přesahem. Je zde popsán základní princip práce se vstupními daty, rozlišení vstupů materiálových, konstrukčně návrhových, normativních a konstitutivních fyzikálních vztahů. Příspěvek popisuje algoritmizaci návrhu spojení a s tím kladené požadavky na uživatele, jedná se jednak o zadání konkrétních požadovaných rozměrů, ale také o volby určitých možností přístupu k návrhu a kontrole spojení. Úkolem skriptu v programu Excel je pak těmto volbám vyhovět a provést patřičné výpočty tak, aby uživatel v každém kroku viděl, všechny v daný okamžik relevantní hodnoty pro návrh.

3D Multiuser Virtual Environment in Mother Tongue Education

Abstract:
As in a virtual space there are no geographical boarders or time limitations, we consider this environment naturally useful also for teaching at universities or in the lifelong learning courses. We use 3D multiuser virtual environment in mother tongue education of university students. We have provided research aimed to find out the appropriateness of its use in mother tongue teaching as well as to explore the student´s opinions on this environment. The 3D virtual classroom in the 3D virtual building of Faculty of Education at Palacky University and several 3D virtual teaching objects in MUVE Second Life were created which were presented to the university students of Czech language and literature field. This contribution presents the particular results regarding the experience of students with 3D virtual teaching and learning, which, in contrast with traditional teaching, has its specifics. It outlines the process of comparison of these two types of teaching, but most importantly, it describes experience and opinions of students who experienced this kind of teaching.

Příspěvek pojednává o 8. mezinárodním studentském workshopu na téma „ACCESSIBLE TOURISM FOR ALL“, který organizovala Vysoká škola polytechnická Jihlava (VŠPJ) ve spolupráci s Fachhochschule Wien (FH Wien). Workshop byl realizován v rámci projektu financovaného z interního grantu Vysoké školy polytechnické Jihlava. Příspěvek interpretuje průběh akce a také hlavní výsledky výzkumu mezinárodních studentských týmů. Cílem prováděného šetření bylo shromáždit primární data týkající se přizpůsobení objektů cestovního ruchu v Jihlavě potřebám klientů se specifickými potřebami, konkrétně zrakově, sluchově a tělesně postiženým. Kvalitativní výzkum studentských týmů probíhal metodou pozorování a plánovitého měření.

Variabilita štýlov riadenia vyučovacieho procesu medzi učiteľmi s vysokou a nízkou úrovňou self-efficacy

Abstract:
Každý učiteľ disponuje určitými profesionálnymi schopnosťami a zručnosťami, ktoré sa navonok prejavujú v jeho pozorovateľnej a hodnotiteľnej pedagogickej práci a vo výsledkoch, ktoré so žiakmi dosahuje. Nejde však len o to, čo učiteľ vie a čo objektívne preukazuje v riadení vyučovania, nemenej dôležité je i to, čo si o profesijných schopnostiach a zručnostiach myslí on sám, ako sám seba hodnotí. Táto učiteľova predstava o sebe vytvára učiteľovo presvedčenie o vlastných možnostiach úspešne vykonávať určitú činnosť. Subjektívny pohľad učiteľa na seba nazývame termínom vnímaná profesijná zdatnosť. Takto viacslovne opisujeme ťažko preložiteľný anglický výraz self-efficacy, ktorého autorom v rámci svojej socio-kognitívnej teórie je A. Bandura (1997). V kontexte hľadania a analyzovania vplyvov na vzťahy a výsledky v škole, výskum za posledných 20 až 30 rokov vyjadril platnosť, že popri profesijných kompetenciách sa na úspešnosti učiteľovho výkonu v riadení vyučovania podieľa i učiteľovo sebapoňatie, ktorého jednou z rovín je vnímaná profesijná zdatnosť (selfefficacy). Predložený príspevok sa svojou teoretickou časťou angažuje v oblasti štýlov riadenia edukačného procesu a svojou empíriou rozoberá úroveň self-efficacy, ktorá sa premieta do správania učiteľa na vyučovacej hodine. Uvedená problematika bola analyzovaná experimentálne v rokoch 2015/2016 na vybranej vzorke učiteľov vybraných stredných škôl v Slovenskej republike. Výsledky realizovaného experimentu sú analyzované pomocou vybraných štatistických metód.

Headteacher as pedagogical leader in pedagogical leadership in schools

Abstract:
Headteachers play a vital role in leading school development. The widespread assumption that a high-quality leadership is an essential element of successful school management, leads to the question of how headteachers can influence the effective and sustainable development of pedagogical leadership in selected schools. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to determine the framework of headteachers’ responsibilities when they work as pedagogical leaders in schools, and the way of its implementation. Findings from the study indicate that effective pedagogical leaders can sustain high level of pedagogical leadership by establishing trust, creating structures that promote teacher´s learning. Study results also suggest that headteachers need to be cognizant of shared norms and values among their school before initiating new practices in school organization.

Optimalizácia výpalu žiaruvzdorných materiálov v tunelovej peci

Abstract:
V príspevku je popísaný simulačný model tunelovej pece a jeho využitie pre optimálne nastavenie príkonov paliva do horákových zón v systéme optimalizácie s modelom. Simulačný model tunelovej pece je jedným zo základných blokov systému optimalizácie s modelom. Ďalším dôležitým blokom je účelová funkcia, ktorá matematicky vyjadruje cieľ optimalizácie. Príspevok prezentuje aplikáciu gradientnej metódy pre určenie optimálnych príkonov do horákových zón tunelovej pece pri rôznych počtoch optimalizovaných parametrov. Výsledky sú uvedené v troch variantoch pre minimalizáciu účelovej funkcie na základe odlišného počtu optimalizovaných parametrov v jednotlivých variantoch. Cieľom je minimalizácia rozdielu teplôt medzi modelovou a žiadanou teplotou vsádzky v tunelovej peci pri optimálnom nastavení príkonov do horákových zón tunelovej pece.

Minimálna mzda – prístupy ku skúmaniu a východiská pre stanovenie

Príspevok sa zaoberá aktuálnou problematikou, na ktorú panujú nejednotné názory zo strany odbornej verejnosti, ako i sociálnych partnerov. Minimálna mzda je nástrojom, ktorým sa vlády jednotlivých krajín, v ktorých je tento inštitút zavedený, snažia zabrániť tomu, aby boli pracujúci odmeňovaní príliš nízkou mzdou, čo by ich nemotivovalo pracovať. Príspevok je zameraný na priblíženie názoru niektorých ekonomických škôl na inštitút minimálnej mzdy a charakterizuje v súčasnosti platné prístupy k fungovaniu tejto sociálno – ekonomickej kategórie. Pri stanovovaní výšky minimálnej mzdy v podmienkach SR sa nám javí ako optimálne riešenie odvíjať výšku minimálnej mzdy od relevantných vopred určených sociálno-ekonomických ukazovateľov.

Analýza kapacity místa připojení spojovací větve na výjezd z okružní křižovatky

Abstract:
Spojovací větev (bypass) zvyšuje celkovou kapacitu křižovatky tak, že z vjezdu do okružní křižovatky odebírá vozidla a převádí je přímo na výjezd z okružní křižovatky. Aplikace bypassu vede ke snížení ztrátového času při průjezdu křižovatkou a zlepšení úrovně kvality dopravy ÚKD. Článek se zabývá analýzou kapacity místa připojení spojovací větve okružních křižovatek. Kapacity byla stanoveny pomocí mikrosimulačních modelů v programu PTV Vissim.

Sequence of Production Orders Optimisation, its Benefits and Implications

Manufacturing of products take place in an environment that is continually changing. The intensity of competition becomes stronger and the variety of customer demands is on the rise. One important factor of business success and customer satisfaction is responsiveness to customer requirements - i.e. the ability to deliver the product in the shortest possible time without compromising on costs, quality, maintenance and reliability. This ability is significantly supported by production management support systems. The article deals with the role and application of Advanced Planning and Scheduling system for flexible scheduling of production orders. The introduction outlines the substance of optimisation of production orders sequencing. A digital model of a production system is designed for this purpose, and simulation of production order sequencing and optimisation is carried out using a genetic algorithm. The article follows with describing the general benefits of APS systems, the key impact of production on competitiveness and strategic position of a firm and the strategic importance of reducing lead time for business success and customer satisfaction.

The detection of atherosclerotic plaques in B-images

This work addresses the possibility of detecting the risk factor of atherosclerotic plaques using diagnostic ultrasound. The aim is to show methods to detection the risk factor of plaque what are recently known. The first part describes role of the diagnostic ultrasound and its modes and the artifacts that can occur. The second part describes atherosclerosis and its risks followed by displaying of the plaques in B-images. The last part describes the investigated data and a pilot study with developed MATLAB-based software with cooperation of an experienced sonographer to compare features in B-MODE and from histological patterns. Also will be discussed and improved the adaptability of the software for new tissues.

Studying Knowledge about Eco-Design Tools at Department of Industrial Design, Brno University of Technology

The article focuses on the research of students' knowledge about using the eco-design tools and their subsequent demands on education in the field of environmental impacts. Students should acquire these skills during their studies at the Department of Industrial Design at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the Brno University of Technology. Research questions were asked 72 of the total 78 respondents bachelor's and master's degree. A research questionnaire was formulated, having 12 questions in total, where 10 of them were closed with a possibility of answer Yes / No and two open questions with free answers to fill up with up to three answers. The research was not focused on the gender of the respondents.

Factor analysis of selected tools for assessment of the social risk of families

Tools for assessing the social risk of families are instrumental for assessors in understanding the context, processes, system structure and indicators for the assessment of such risks. This paper assists in the search for the possibilities and limits of selected assessment tools, the reasons for assessors’ decisions to not use standardized tools and the factor analysis of indicators in the assessment of the social risk of families of the assessment tools as one of the methods used in the analysis of qualitative data of the conducted research. In phase I, the main objective of this research project has been to identify the key concepts of selected system theories which comprise the framework for the assessment of the social risk of families and subsequently to assess the extent of the concordance and difference of key terms in system theories in the process of assessing the social risk of families. This article presents partial results of research that was carried out by using semistructured interviews with assessors at the department of social and legal protection of children and social guardianship as well as assessors from selected bodies accredited to do family social work. This paper focuses on selected assessment tools and the identification of assessed family areas and an analysis of the indicators for social risk assessment.

How the (anti)vaccine information credibility could be changed? The importance of personality traits, attitudes and expert source presence

Abstract:
The aim of the research is to identify relevant personality traits measured by NEO-FFI (the Big Five model) and individual attitudes that influence the assessment of the information credibility. People's attitudes towards vaccination were examined (N = 234, M = 26.13y.), with items representing the cognitive, affective and conative component of the attitude. Research has an experimental design, the information about vaccination are given under two conditions: 1. by the anonymous source and 2, if the source of the information is attributed to an expert. A significant negative change in the credibility, considering the presence of the source is confirmed. The results provide evidence of the importance of attitudes in the possibility to influence the credibility of the information. Important personality traits connected with a negative attitude towards vaccination are higher neuroticism and agreeableness. Further, participants with positive vaccination attitude have lower tendency to be influenced by information with an expert source in the terms of trustworthiness decrease.

This paper describes the selected planned educational activities in the field of education by encouraging the development of reading literacy skills and reading strategies. This mainly concerns the activities proposed to implement e.g. within the framework of the regional action plan project in the Moravian- Silesian Region (2016 - 2019), but also about other important educational readership, targeted towards current activity as examples of good practice.
