Múdrosť v kontexte osobnosti u dospelých

Abstract:
V rámci príspevku sa zameriavame na problematiku múdrosti a jej prepojením s prežívanou kontrolou situácie, zmysluplnosťou života a osobnostnými charakteristikami. Výskum je počiatočnou sondou do problematiky. Použitými metódami – PIL, NEO-FFI, Dotazník životných cieľov, 3DŠM, PSS – sme skúmali jednotlivé premenné. V rámci výskumu sme zistili spojenie medzi mierou neuroticizmu a existenciálnou frustráciou a tiež múdrosťou a prežívanou bezmocnosťou.

Analysis of academic texts in the process of language training of future diplomats

Abstract:
The paper deals with the analysis of the academic texts from the point of view of the language analyse. It compares the text from the special and the language point of view. After the introductory characteristics of the professional text and professional language, we focus on the criteria for selecting an academic text for the needs of language teaching in the fields of international relations, diplomacy and political science. Afterwards it deals with detailed analysis of the individual steps of the language analysis. Towards the end, the paper emphasises the necessity of the language analysis of the academic texts in the process of language training for specific purposes of the students of diplomacy and political science.

Verification of normality as a basic precondition for the use of quality management tools

Abstract:
The aim of this paper is to present the possibilities of verifying the assumption of a normal distribution of data for further statistical processing, without the need to study an inexhaustible number of methods and hypotheses about statistical data processing. The main idea is that, for example, companies in the automotive industry, where standards such as IATF 16949 require 100% control and the use of statistical tools for process monitoring, have easy guidance on how to verify relevant input data for further statistical processing. The normal distribution of data is one of the most common distributions that data has. At the same time, it is the most suitable for statistical tools, because it is possible to predict that the evaluated process will behave the same under the same input conditions. Without this verification, further data processing would not have sufficient explanatory power about the monitored parameter.

Geometry insertion of teeth into engagement in a harmonic transmission

Abstract:
Basically, the Harmonic Drive®-developed to take advantage of the elastic dynamics of metal- is typically made up of only three components: a wave generator, a flexspline and a circular spline (Depending on its shape, the Harmonic Drive® is sometimes made up of four components; but even this four-component Harmonic Drive is based on the same principle of motion). One can grasp the Harmonic Drive's® unique mechanisms from the way its teeth mate with one another. Harmonic gears are lighter and smaller in comparison to regular toothed gears. It is characterized by a high kinematic accuracy, less noisy and has up to 5 times higher damping capacity than current transfers. A harmonic toothed gear is basically a differential gear with frontal gearing where the meshing is achieved by a flexible deformation of one of the wheels.

Dramatic and Movement Expression of a Song for Children

Abstract:
The presented paper offers practical examples of song dramatization, which can be applied to various educational activities not only within music and drama education. We place particular emphasis on linking vocal, dramatic and movement activities, which are often used in isolation in kindergartens. The dramatic and movement rendering of a song can also serve as motivation and enliven the lesson.

Enviromentálne vzdelávanie detí predškolského veku na príklade lesa

Abstract:
V predprimárnom vzdelávaní sú témy environmentálnej výchovy skryté vo viacerých vzdelávacích oblastiach. V Štátnom vzdelávacom programe nie sú prepracované konkrétne vzdelávacie štandardy k tejto oblasti. Vychádzajúc z výsledkov niekoľkoročnej pedagogickej aj výskumnej spolupráce dvoch inštitúcií – Pedagogickej fakulty UKF v Nitre a Národného lesníckeho centra vo Zvolene sa podarilo a darí rozvíjať v podmienkach vzdelávania v materských školách lesnú pedagogiku. Je to prostredníctvom vyškolených lesníkov – lesných pedagógov. Príspevok prináša niektoré overené programy lesnej pedagogiky, ktoré dokumentujú, ako môže materská škola spolupracovať v rámci formálnej aj neformálnej edukácie v oblasti environmentálneho vzdelávania na príklade lesa.

Abstract:
Tento príspevok sa zaoberá špecifikáciou súčasného ponímania stratégie a stavu i úrovne procesného riadenia v osobitných organizačných štruktúrach, označovaných ako priemyselné klastre. Predstavuje vybrané špecifiká projektovania a uplatnenia inovačných nástrojov, systémovú integráciu a agilné projektové procesné manažovanie klastrov. Popisuje a vysvetľuje súvislosti medzi stratégiou, organizačnou štruktúrou a potrebou projektového procesného riadenia pri súčasnej pozícii a konkurencieschopnosti klastrov na trhu v náročných energetických a environmentálnych podmienkach. V závere predkladá vlastnú autorskú schému návrhu novej organizačnej projektovo zameranej klastrovej štruktúry a návrh procesu riadenia a koordinácie projektov realizovaných klastrami pre ich klientov.

Creation of gear geometry by CAD applications

Abstract:
The rapid development of science in the field of computer technology makes it possible to solve even more demanding engineering problems using modern calculation methods. These include numerical methods of mathematics. The finite element method (FEM) is one of the most widespread numerical methods. FEM is a method used to solve a wide range of engineering problems, such as flexibility and strength problems, heat transfer issues, as well as a wide range of gear solutions. In this area, the FEM is used mainly to solve deformation and stress tasks in the examined gears. There are many programs for solving problems using FEM, but one of the conditions for successful solving of deformation and stress analysis of gearing using this method is the most accurate determination of the computer model of the examined gearing. The article is aimed at the issue of creating gear geometry in the environment of CAD applications.

Multilaterální zobrazení událostí šoa v publikaci Poslali je nalevo

Abstract:
Příspěvek se věnuje vybraným tématům, která konotují multilaterální pohled na události šoa, jež jsou integrována do knihy Moniky Hesseové Poslali je nalevo (2020). Multilateralitu v dané oblasti jsme rozdělili do šesti okruhů: 1) návrat židů do svých domovů; 2) pocit méněcennosti pramenící z relativně snazšího průběhu internace, 3) dopady internace na poválečný život židů; 4) dezertéři z německé armády; 5) vražda z milosti; 6) já, nebo ty. Prezentace vymezených událostí i z jiného pohledu, než se kterým jsou čtenáři prostřednictvím literárních textů ve většině případů seznamováni, může zabránit jistému schematickému nazírání na jednu linii událostí druhé světové války a může zvýšit impakt upozornění, která z této etapy dvacátého století vyplývají.

Účelom tohto príspevku je mapovať vybrané aspekty a vyhodnotiť možnosti inovačného potenciálu implementácie zdrojov OZE vo vybranom segmente priemyselných firiem z oblasti MSP a konkrétne navrhnúť moderný inovatívny prístup formou modelu implementácie OZE v podmienkach príkladu typickej priemyselnej firmy k riešeniu jej energetickej bázy a zároveň predložiť na odbornú diskusiu konkrétny Manuál pre energeticky efektívne riadenie OZE vo takýchto firmách. Vychádza sa tu z premisy, že využívanie obnoviteľných zdrojov energie (OZE) sa stáva novodobým fenoménom ako ušetriť výdavky za energiu a ochrániť životné prostredie.

Práca s odborným textom u študentov medzinárodných vzťahov a diplomacie na príklade nemeckého politického jazyka

Abstract:
V dnešnom globalizovanom svete je základným predpokladom úspešného absolventa akéhokoľvek vysokoškolského odboru nevyhnutnosť ovládania minimálne dvoch odborných cudzích jazyk (nielen na všeobecnej úrovni európskeho referenčného rámca). Výučbe cudzích jazykov na nefilologických fakultách sa v súčasnosti venuje zvýšená pozornosť ako na teoretickej rovine, tak aj na praktickej rovine. Cieľom nášho príspevku je predstaviť model výučby cudzích jazykov na fakulte nefilologického zamerania na príklade práce s odborným textom v rámci výučby nemeckého odborného jazyka so zameraním na medzinárodné vzťahy, diplomaciu a politológiu. Zefektívnenie procesu vzdelávania v rámci výučby odborných cudzích jazykov v odbore medzinárodných vzťahov, diplomacie a politológie je v súčasnosti základným predpokladom, ktorý ovplyvňuje kvalitu a výsledky dosiahnuté v edukačnom procese. Tá sa následne prejaví v konkurencieschopnosti absolventov uvedeného štúdia na medzinárodnom (európskom) trhu prácu. Na strane druhej je odrazom celej spoločnosti, pretože títo absolventi pôsobia následne v popredných štátnych funkciách, reprezentujú štát v medzinárodných inštitúciách, na zahraničných fórach, vytvárajú obraz systému a kvality cudzojazyčného vysokoškolského vzdelávania na Slovensku.

Analýza vplyvu olejových zložiek na mazanie ložísk a karbonizáciu spaľovacieho motora

Abstract:
Príspevok analyzuje vplyv rôznych olejových zložiek na mazanie a životnosť ložísk ako aj mieru karbonizácie experimentálneho spaľovacieho motora. Polybutén je významnou zložkou používanou ako prísada do motorových olejov pre potláčanie karbonizácie a zachovanie pôvodnej úrovne výkonu motora. Jeho nevýhodou je horšia mazacia schopnosť v istom režime otáčok. Preto bola vykonaná experimentálna analýza pre overenie vplyvu polybuténu na mazanie a životnosť ložísk, ktorá môže predstavovať zaujímavý príspevok pre hodnotenie motorových olejov. Tieto testy boli vykonané meraním teploty ojnice pri bežnej prevádzke. Test môže byť doplnený štandardnými ISO testmi s cieľom overiť dosiahnuté výsledky.

Industry 4.0 is the key to increasing productivity, promoting economic growth and ensuring the sustainability of industrial companies. It is critical to understand the nature and vision of Industry 4.0 and its technologies for a transformation to a smart factory. To achieve the successful transformation, the application of general concepts of cyber-physical systems and industrial IoT is required in order to identify, locate, track, monitor and optimise processes in the company. The main objective of the paper was to determine and explicate the terms related to Industry 4.0 on the basis of a foreign literature search and then to explain the subject issue in companies based on the research results. Autor sa v predkladanom príspevku zameriava na charakteristiku corporate governance a analýzu základných povinností členov štatutárnych orgánov podľa slovenského právneho poriadku. Pozornosť autora je koncentrovaná na povinnosť štatutárnych orgánov postupovať s odbornou starostlivosťou a povinnosť lojality, a to vo svetle zodpovednosti členov štatutárnych orgánov za škodu. V danom kontexte autor analyzuje aj pravidlo podnikateľského úsudku a jeho prítomnosť v slovenskom práve.

Abstract:
Článok sa zaoberá vznikom a vývojom národnej opery v Poľsku. Reflektuje spoločensko-politickú situáciu, ktorá mala počas 19. storočia výrazný vplyv nie len na formovanie poľskej opernej tvorby. Nahliada do rozvoja poľskej opery a približuje úsilie poľských skladateľov a šľachty o vznik národnej opery. Osobitne sa venuje Stanisławovi Moniuszkovi a poľskej národnej opere Halka, ktorá je od roku 1858 trvale prítomná na poľských javiskách.

Design of corporate logo from the perspective of eye tracking method

Abstract:
This paper deals with the effects and effectiveness of graphic design of company logo. The aim was to find out, using the eye-tracking method, which graphic elements have a positive or negative effect on the design of the company logo. Four corporate logos of an imaginary company worked as the basis of the investigation, whereas the logos were created on the basis of certain graphic assumptions. The results show that in order to attract the attention of the eyes, it is appropriate to include a suitable graphic element representing the production of the brand. At the same time, the appropriate choice of colours and their mutual harmonization is key for the image and positive evaluation of the brand.

Abstract:
The paper deals with the formulation of a set of mutually applied methods for diagnosing and evaluating the innovation capacity and innovation vitality of companies from the SME segment. The aim is to create a simple and clear set of support tools for such companies, by which the companies are able to assess in practice their own state and level of development and opportunities in innovation and thus obtain a relatively clear informative value about the state of the company and opportunities to improve management and governance. Specifically, it solves the application of basic evaluation methods on the model of the SME company, namely the Comprehensive Audit of Innovative Management of the Company and Diagnostics of the State and Level of the Dimension of Management Innovation and presents ready-made solutions in this topic. The practical benefit is the creation and application of a group of methods and diagnostics as a specific guide of the sequence of steps that are necessary for the development of a given specified model type of company.

School Environment in the Context of Prevention of Student´s Problem Behaviour

Abstract:
The paper maps the school environment in the context of prevention of problematic behaviour of students at one primary school in the Central Bohemian Region. On a selected sample of 8th and 9th-grade students, it uses a standardized questionnaire to find out which school areas students may perceive as problematic and which, on the contrary, suit them. A total of seven school areas were monitored, which were evaluated using basic indicators of descriptive statistics. The research task was to obtain real data and provide the school with information on what areas of school life are perceived negatively by students. In terms of the development of their behaviour, these areas pose a certain risk to future school work and are important for school prevention.

We place particular emphasis on linking vocal, dramatic and movement activities, which are often used in isolation in kindergartens. The dramatic and movement rendering of a song can also serve as motivation and enliven the lesson.

Enviromentálne vzdelávanie detí predškolského veku na príklade lesa

Abstract:
V predprimárnom vzdelávaní sú témy environmentálnej výchovy skryté vo viacerých vzdelávacích oblastiach. V Štátnom vzdelávacom programe nie sú prepracované konkrétne vzdelávacie štandardy k tejto oblasti. Vychádzajúc z výsledkov niekoľkoročnej pedagogickej aj výskumnej spolupráce dvoch inštitúcií – Pedagogickej fakulty UKF v Nitre a Národného lesníckeho centra vo Zvolene sa podarilo a darí rozvíjať v podmienkach vzdelávania v materských školách lesnú pedagogiku. Je to prostredníctvom vyškolených lesníkov – lesných pedagógov. Príspevok prináša niektoré overené programy lesnej pedagogiky, ktoré dokumentujú, ako môže materská škola spolupracovať v rámci formálnej aj neformálnej edukácie v oblasti environmentálneho vzdelávania na príklade lesa.

Tento príspevok sa zaoberá špecifikáciou súčasného ponímania stratégie a stavu i úrovne procesného riadenia v osobitných organizačných štruktúrach, označovaných ako priemyselné klastre. Predstavuje vybrané špecifiká projektovania a uplatnenia inovačných nástrojov, systémovú integráciu a agilné projektové procesné manažovanie klastrov. Popisuje a vysvetľuje súvislosti medzi stratégiou, organizačnou štruktúrou a potrebou projektového procesného riadenia pri súčasnej pozícii a konkurencieschopnosti klastrov na trhu v náročných energetických a environmentálnych podmienkach. V závere predkladá vlastnú autorskú schému návrhu novej organizačnej projektovo zameranej klastrovej štruktúry a návrh procesu riadenia a koordinácie projektov realizovaných klastrami pre ich klientov.

Creation of gear geometry by CAD applications

Abstract:
The rapid development of science in the field of computer technology makes it possible to solve even more demanding engineering problems using modern calculation methods. These include numerical methods of mathematics. The finite element method (FEM) is one of the most widespread numerical methods. FEM is a method used to solve a wide range of engineering problems, such as flexibility and strength problems, heat transfer issues, as well as a wide range of gear solutions. In this area, the FEM is used mainly to solve deformation and stress tasks in the examined gears. There are many programs for solving problems using FEM, but one of the conditions for successful solving of deformation and stress analysis of gearing using this method is the most accurate determination of the computer model of the examined gearing. The article is aimed at the issue of creating gear geometry in the environment of CAD applications.

Multilaterální zobrazení událostí šoa v publikaci Poslali je nalevo

Abstract:
Příspěvek se věnuje vybraným tématům, která konotují multilaterální pohled na události šoa, jež jsou integrována do knihy Moniky Hesseové Poslali je nalevo (2020). Multilateralitu v dané oblasti jsme rozdělili do šesti okruhů: 1) návrat židů do svých domovů; 2) pocit méněcennosti pramenící z relativně snazšího průběhu internace, 3) dopady internace na poválečný život židů; 4) dezertéři z německé armády; 5) vražda z milosti; 6) já, nebo ty. Prezentace vymezených událostí i z jiného pohledu, než se kterým jsou čtenáři prostřednictvím literárních textů ve většině případů seznamováni, může zabránit jistému schematickému nazírání na jednu linii událostí druhé světové války a může zvýšit impakt upozornění, která z této etapy dvacátého století vyplývají.

Účelom tohto príspevku je mapovať vybrané aspekty a vyhodnotiť možnosti inovačného potenciálu implementácie zdrojov OZE vo vybranom segmente priemyselných firiem z oblasti MSP a konkrétne navrhnúť moderný inovatívny prístup formou modelu implementácie OZE v podmienkach príkladu typickej priemyselnej firmy k riešeniu jej energetickej bázy a zároveň predložiť na odbornú diskusiu konkrétny Manuál pre energeticky efektívne riadenie OZE vo takýchto firmách. Vychádza sa tu z premisy, že využívanie obnoviteľných zdrojov energie (OZE) sa stáva novodobým fenoménom ako ušetriť výdavky za energiu a ochrániť životné prostredie.

Abstract:
V dnešnom globalizovanom svete je základným predpokladom úspešného absolventa akéhokoľvek vysokoškolského odboru nevyhnutnosť ovládania minimálne dvoch odborných cudzích jazyk (nielen na všeobecnej úrovni európskeho referenčného rámca). Výučbe cudzích jazykov na nefilologických fakultách sa v súčasnosti venuje zvýšená pozornosť ako na teoretickej rovine, tak aj na praktickej rovine. Cieľom nášho príspevku je predstaviť model výučby cudzích jazykov na fakulte nefilologického zamerania na príklade práce s odborným textom v rámci výučby nemeckého odborného jazyka so zameraním na medzinárodné vzťahy, diplomaciu a politológiu. Zefektívnenie procesu vzdelávania v rámci výučby odborných cudzích jazykov v odbore medzinárodných vzťahov, diplomacie a politológie je v súčasnosti základným predpokladom, ktorý ovplyvňuje kvalitu a výsledky dosiahnuté v edukačnom procese. Tá sa následne prejaví v konkurencieschopnosti absolventov uvedeného štúdia na medzinárodnom (európskom) trhu prácu. Na strane druhej je odrazom celej spoločnosti, pretože títo absolventi pôsobia následne v popredných štátnych funkciách, reprezentujú štát v medzinárodných inštitúciách, na zahraničných fórach, vytvárajú obraz systému a kvality cudzojazyčného vysokoškolského vzdelávania na Slovensku.

Analýza vplyvu olejových zložiek na mazanie ložísk a karbonizáciu spaľovacieho motora

Abstract:
Príspevok analyzuje vplyv rôznych olejových zložiek na mazanie a životnosť ložísk ako aj mieru karbonizácie experimentálneho spaľovacieho motora. Polybutén je významnou zložkou používanou ako prísada do motorových olejov pre potláčanie karbonizácie a zachovanie pôvodnej úrovne výkonu motora. Jeho nevýhodou je horšia mazacia schopnosť v istom režime otáčok. Preto bola vykonaná experimentálna analýza pre overenie vplyvu polybuténu na mazanie a životnosť ložísk, ktorá môže predstavovať zaujímavý príspevok pre hodnotenie motorových olejov. Tieto testy boli vykonané meraním teploty ojnice pri bežnej prevádzke. Test môže byť doplnený štandardnými ISO testmi s cieľom overiť dosiahnuté výsledky.

Pozornosť autora je koncentrovaná na povinnosť štatutárnych orgánov postupovať s odbornou starostlivosťou a povinnosť lojality, a to vo svetle zodpovednosti členov štatutárnych orgánov za škodu. V danom kontexte autor analyzuje aj pravidlo podnikateľského úsudku a jeho prítomnosť v slovenskom práve.

Článok sa zaoberá vznikom a vývojom národnej opery v Poľsku. Reflektuje spoločensko-politickú situáciu, ktorá mala počas 19. storočia výrazný vplyv nie len na formovanie poľskej opernej tvorby. Nahliada do rozvoja poľskej opery a približuje úsilie poľských skladateľov a šľachty o vznik národnej opery. Osobitne sa venuje Stanisławovi Moniuszkovi a poľskej národnej opere Halka, ktorá je od roku 1858 trvale prítomná na poľských javiskách.

Design of corporate logo from the perspective of eye tracking method

Abstract:
This paper deals with the effects and effectiveness of graphic design of company logo. The aim was to find out, using the eye-tracking method, which graphic elements have a positive or negative effect on the design of the company logo. Four corporate logos of an imaginary company worked as the basis of the investigation, whereas the logos were created on the basis of certain graphic assumptions. The results show that in order to attract the attention of the eyes, it is appropriate to include a suitable graphic element representing the production of the brand. At the same time, the appropriate choice of colours and their mutual harmonization is key for the image and positive evaluation of the brand.

The paper deals with the formulation of a set of mutually applied methods for diagnosing and evaluating the innovation capacity and innovation vitality of companies from the SME segment. The aim is to create a simple and clear set of support tools for such companies, by which the companies are able to assess in practice their own state and level of development and opportunities in innovation and thus obtain a relatively clear informative value about the state of the company and opportunities to improve management and governance. Specifically, it solves the application of basic evaluation methods on the model of the SME company, namely the Comprehensive Audit of Innovative Management of the Company and Diagnostics of the State and Level of the Dimension of Management Innovation and presents ready-made solutions in this topic. The practical benefit is the creation and application of a group of methods and diagnostics as a specific guide of the sequence of steps that are necessary for the development of a given specified model type of company.

School Environment in the Context of Prevention of Student´s Problem Behaviour

Abstract:
The paper maps the school environment in the context of prevention of problematic behaviour of students at one primary school in the Central Bohemian Region. On a selected sample of 8th and 9th-grade students, it uses a standardized questionnaire to find out which school areas students may perceive as problematic and which, on the contrary, suit them. A total of seven school areas were monitored, which were evaluated using basic indicators of descriptive statistics. The research task was to obtain real data and provide the school with information on what areas of school life are perceived negatively by students. In terms of the development of their behaviour, these areas pose a certain risk to future school work and are important for school prevention.
