Špecifiká integrácie študentov so špecifickýmie edukačnými potrebami na vysokej škole

Abstract:

Cieľom príspevku je upriamiť pozornosť na vzdelávanie študentov so špecifickými edukačnými potrebami na vysokej škole a poskytnúť ucelenejší obraz o špecifikách ich integrácie vzhľadom na ich znevýhodnenie pre vysokoškolské vzdelávanie. A zároveň poslaním tohto príspevku je poskytnúť prehľad druhov zdravotného postihnutia a odporúčaní pre pedagógov.

Analýza vzťahu medzi vnímanou profesijnou zdatnosťou (Teacher Self-Efficacy) a vybranými charakteristikami študentov špeciálnej pedagogiky: položková analýza

Abstract:

Cieľom štúdie je analýza vzťahu medzi vnímanou profesijnou zdatnosťou (teacher self-efficacy) a vybranými charakteristikami študentov špeciálnej pedagogiky. Vo výsku mebola použitá 16 položková slovenská verzia dotazníka na meranie vnímanej profesijnej zdatnosti TES od autorov Gibsonovej a Dembu (1984), ktorú do slovenčiny preložil a adaptoval prof. Peter Gavora. Dotazník pozostáva z dvoch dimenzií: presvedčenie o schopnostiach (PTE) a vnímané potenciality vyučovania (GTE). Cieľom štúdie bola analýza vplyvu nami vybraných charakteristík na jednotlivé položky dimenzie PTE a GTE. Výskumnú vzorku tvorilo 71 študentov špeciálnej pedagogiky. Výsledky štúdie ukázali, že na vnímanú profesijnú zdatnosť učiteľa majú v dimenzii PTE vplyv skúsenosti získané mimo vysokoškolského štúdia (položky 8 a 9) a v dimenzii GTE vplývajú na vnímanú profesijnú zdatnosť jednak skúsenosti (položka 12 a 15), ako i množstvo absolvovanej praxe (položka č. 16).

Nástroje internetového marketingu a ich vplyv na imidž vybranej organizácie

Abstract:

Cieľom článku bolo otestovanie súčasných možností, ktoré ponúkajú nástroje online marketingu v aplikácií na vybranú organizáciu. Úvodná kapitola článku sa venuje vymedzeniu základných pojmov súvisiacich steóriou a nástrojmi internetového marketingu. Analytická časť je zameraná na vyhodnotenie realizovaného prieskumu, v ktorom sledujeme reakcie respondentov na uskutočnené formy online marketingu a testujeme vplyv týchto faktorov na vytváranie pozitívneho imidžu organizácie. Prieskum, na ktorom sa zúčastnilo celkom 209 respondentov bol realizovaný prostredníctvom dotazníka.

The Use of the P/E Ratio to Stock Valuation

Abstract:

Several methods have been created to value stocks. The method using the P/E ratio is described and applied in the paper. This ratio is used in the framework of the profit model of the fundamental analysis. At the first, various methods to estimate the intrinsic value of a stock are presented in the paper. Then, the P/E ratio is detailly analyzed, including describing of options of its use. The aim of the paper is to show by means of the application of described method to stock valuation, the specific way, which could be used by many investors within their investment decision. In that the contribution of the paper resides. Within the realization of the empirical analysis, selected tests and determination index are used to statistical assessment of the relation between the P/E ratio and stock price. Author also presents other options how to use the P/E ratio in the practice. For example, creating their investment policy, investors could verify the validity of the low P/E effect.

School strain as specific stressor for children with hyperkinetic syndrome

Abstract:

The paper focuses on attention deficit hyperactivity disorder within the educational process. On the basis of a nonrandom sample of integrated seventh to ninth grade pupils with ADHD/ADD (experimental group) and intact pupils of the same age (checking group), preferences of the used coping strategies obtained through a non-standardized questionnaire are analysed. Using the SPAS questionnaire, the level of pupils’ self-assessment in both groups is examined. Although the data obtained are not generalised, the lower self-assessment in boys with ADHD can be documented together with the choice of less mature coping strategies in children with ADHD when addressing the problem situation.

Abstract:

Innovative applications and the possibilities of diagnostics and play therapy in inclusive educational environment

Abstract:

The scientific study focuses on the explanation of the basic concepts of play, features of play, diagnosis and therapy through play, and it outlines its historical excursion in the current context. As well as it deals with creation of an inclusive educational environment through playful activities and the actual diagnosis. Then it talks about removing the barriers formed by the social environment towards building an inclusive educational environment by the activities themselves, as these are solved in the research tasks. By examining these issues the authors would like to contribute to the innovative application of resources of play (ie play therapy) play specialist, who is an advocate of inclusive trends in education, to promote the possibility of using therapeutic effects of plays.

Učitel mateřského jazyka a ICT – problém?

Abstract:

Článek se zabývá problematikou užití informačních a komunikačních technologií (ICT) ve výuce netechnických předmětů. Stručně charakterizuje některá úskalí, která s sebou ICT přinášejí (nejen) do hodin mateřského jazyka, ale zároveň se snaží poukázat také na kladné stránky procesu. Vše je doplněno reálnými výpověďmi českých učitelů, které byly získány v jednom z předvýzkumů. Kromě toho představuje metodu sémantického diferenciálu aplikovanou v probíhajícím grantovém projektu Implementace ICT do výuky mateřského jazyka (IGA UP PdF_2012_032), avšak zatím bez konkrétních výsledků, které budou k dispozici až po oficiálním ukončení projektu v březnu 2013.

Prevence rizikového chování jako nutná součást předškolního vzdělávání

Příspěvek se zaměřuje na oblast prevence rizikového chování, kterou vnímá z pohledu principu včasnosti jako nutnou součást předškolního vzdělávání, které by mělo navazovat a kooperovat s rodinou dítěte. Vymezeny jsou klíčové pojmy, zdůrazněna je oblast výchovy k resilienci. Příspěvek vznikl v rámci projektu IGA „Pedagogické aspekty prevence a resilience v institucích předškolního vzdělávání“, PdF_2012_047.

Filmová biografie o hudebních osobnostech a její využití jako prostředku popularizace ve výuce dějin hudby

Abstract:

Studie je zaměřena na problematiku dílčího subžánru hudebního filmu, na filmovou biografii o hudebních osobnostech, a také na jeho využití jako prostředku popularizace ve výuce dějin hudby. Autorka nejprve v první kapitole definuje žánr hudebního filmu a klasifikuje jej podle kritéria potenciálního edukačního využití. Tyto dále typologicky vymezuje do tří skupiny na filmové biografie o hudebních osobnostech s dokumentaristickým záměrem, hudební filmy o částečně či zcela fiktivních hudebních osobnostech a hudební filmy o „obyčejných lidech“. V druhé kapitole se věnuje problematice popularizace jako nevyhnutelného prostředku současné výuky dějin hudby. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na konkrétní metodická doporučení – postřehy k využití filmové biografie o hudebních osobnostech jako prostředku popularizace výuky dějin hudby.

Application of Laguerre functions to data compression

Abstract:

This article deals with the use of the Laguerre functions in the data compression. After the short introduction the definition of the Laguerre polynomials and functions is given. The application of the discrete Laguerre transform on the data compression is shown. It is pointed out that the discrete Laguerre transform can give better results than the discrete cosine transform in the task of the data compression.

Studium genetické variability starokladrubských koní pomocí analýzy mitochondriální DNA

Abstract:

Starokladrubský kůň je jediné české autochtonní plemeno koní, jež má některé pozoruhodné vlastnosti, díky kterým je zařazeno do Národního programu konzervace a využívání genetických zdrojů zvířat významných pro výživu a zemědělství. Genetická variabilita tohoto plemene byla studována pomocí sekvenační analýzy 275 bp úseku D-smyčky mitochondriální DNA. Celkem bylo testováno 175 starokladrubských koní. Srovnáním s referenční sekvencí bylo nalezeno 23 polymorfních míst, přičemž ve všech případech se jednalo o substituci. Studované vzorky náležely k 14 haplotypům a 5 haploskupinám. Z předkládaných výsledků je patrné, že studovaní starokladrubští koně mají podobný stupeň polymorfismu jako již dříve studovaná plemena koní.

Genetic polymorphism at the milk protein genes (CSN1S1, CSN2, and CSN3) in the Czech Sumava and Walachian sheep breeds

Abstract:

The aim of this work was to determine allele and genotype frequencies at the casein loci, alphaS1-casein (CSN1S1), beta-casein (CSN2) and kappa-casein (CSN3) in two endangered Czech sheep breeds. The study was carried out on 265 sheep (133 Sumava, 132 Walachian) by means of PCR-RFLP and Light Cycler Analysis. These breeds are kept mainly for their good combined efficiency (milk, meat, wool). In particular, the genetic variant C at the CSN1S1 locus occurred with high frequency in both breeds Sumava (0.981) and Walachian (0.992). Variants A and D were either “absent” in Walachian (A=0.008, D=0), or present with a very low frequency in Sumava (A=0.008, D=0.011). Molecular analysis of the CSN2 locus showed that the genetic variant A were predominant, had higher frequency (Sumava, 0.778; Walachian, 0.829) than did variant G (Sumava, 0.222; Walachian, 0.171) in both sheep populations. The CSN3 locus was found to be monomorphic, with no polymorphism typed in either population. According to Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium, both breeds were in genetic equilibrium at the loci CSN1S1 and CSN2 (P<0.05). The information on the aggregate genotype variability in both breeds could be exploited in the future using specific breeding programs aimed at preserving biodiversity or select animals for the production of both unusual and typical milk products in the Czech Republic.

Analyze of the quality management system of Czech manufacturing companies within each phase of products’ lifecycle: initial results

Abstract:

The following research study is trying to analyze the Quality Management Systems (QMS) on a selected number 50 SMEs manufacturing companies from Czech Republic and to identify the possible problems which occur related to quality in the today’s market in regards to the level of quality of the product from the product’s lifecycle point of view. Taking into account that most of the firms are certified ISO 9001:2008, the study is also trying to find out if there is a connection between ISO norms and the product lifecycle. The level of quality is being assumed to be raised due to the conditions imposed by ISO requirements, but the main questions are: What part of the product lifecycle will be more affected? and Which will need more money to be invested, in order for the company to receive the certification? This paper shows the initial result from 7 SMEs.

Deformácie výškovej budovy s uvážením vplyvu podložia

Abstract:

V tomto príspevku bola opísaná staticko- dynamická analýza výškovej budovy a vplyv podložia na jej deformácie, jej vlastnú frekvenciu, na prenos a odolnosť voči seizmickým účinkom. Na porovnanie a posúdenie výsledkov staticko-dynamickej analýzy boli použité dva 3D modely, ktoré boli vypracované v programe Scia Engineer.

The laser beam welding of titanium grade 2 alloy

Abstract:

The paper deals with the laser beam welding of titanium grade 2 alloy. Titanium alloys have a wide utilisation mainly in automotive and aerospace industry, because of good mechanical properties, low weight and good corrosion resistance. The results of the experiment proved that the solid-state laser beam welding of the titanium can produce the joints of good quality, although the further research activity is still to come.
